I could not be more excited to welcome you all to The Crohn’s Journey Foundation! This has been something I have been working on non stop for the last 4 months. Before I go on about it I have to let you all know that this would have not been possible with out a couple amazing people, my two stars, Kevin Barnes and Linton Rogers. These men have donated their time and energy to help transform this dream into a reality. Their creative minds, patience and love for the cause is evident in each of these pages.
I also want to thank Maya who has joined the team and helps me with the every day craziness that comes with setting all these exciting projects up. Aaron has been incredible with managing our social media accounts and surpassed the roll of a “volunteer”. I can not wait to welcome soon our other volunteers who will be making the retreats possible… stay tuned for their bios to come up on our retreats gallery page. I can also not forget my dear friends that have been supportive and helped donate their time as we brainstormed how to solve the many little problems that would arise when creating the foundation.
And thank YOU!!! You know who you are, my Crohnie Family and Colitis Friends. Your active participation on the site and through our social media outlets, keeps me going. ALL OF YOU motivate ME and I thank you for that!
I hope to see all your beautiful faces at one of our many upcoming retreats and events. Don’t forget to sport our unique and inspirational heart tattoos, that represents the IBD movement to love your insides! Please enjoy the web site and explore the many great projects and features we have set up just for YOU.
