I live in tights and finally found a brand that looks good to wear to work and out at night and lets my belly expand as much as it wants without having to unbuckle my jeans under the table, oh I know u have been there lol . I buy my @threads4thought at #wholefoods and what I love is that they do good for the earth too. On pair 3 now, don’t think I can go back to pants lol #crohnslife #crohnsproblems #ibd #crohnsdisease #ulcerativecolitis #uc #ostomy #jpouch #nonprofit
Making dinner and we got zoodles on the menu :)
I love yoga and this was easy for me 2 years ago but since hospitalized I had a huge set back and lots of muscles atrophied.. Requiring me to redevelop my skills and strength. It is easy for me at times to just sit and not move my body but I know I feel better after a walk, a yoga class, a bike ride… Just move my body. So come on, let’s move our bodies today for at least 10 minutes, YOU DOWN? #crohns #crohnsdisease #ibd #colitis #ulcerativecolitis #nonprofit #ostomy #jpouch #moveyourbody
Today’s post, written by Alexander Fagley, is titled You Are Unique. It stresses on the importance of how each case of IBD is different than the other. Even though we have the same disease, it affects us all differently.
